Large high speed unpacking machine can realize the stacking and unpacking of packaging materials, compared with the traditional unpacking machine, it has a great improvement. Traditional manual unpacking and unloading machine, cutting raw material bags with high cost, waste of time, but also may cause certain harm to workers' health. Our company manufactured a large high-speed automatic unpacking machine, to save labor costs, prevent environmental pollution. The most important thing is to prevent damage to human health and possible accidents at work. The operation of the automatic unpacking machine only needs one forklift worker to operate. All bag-cutting and bag-unloading operations can be completed without manual participation. The main features: 1. To realize one-time stacking, packing and layering unloading (one-time unpacking capacity of 5~8 bags), high efficiency. 2. Automatic collection and compression of empty bags, automatic packaging of incoming materials, automatic discharging of pallets, reducing labor intensity, double protection of environment and operator, integration of operation facilities and product distribution system. 3. Optional accessories: palletizing roller conveyor, unpacking roller conveyor, automatic palletizing empty palletizing tray, garbage bag compression dust collector, dust removal device.
