* Product overview

The positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying system has the characteristics of simple system, flexible layout, reliable
operation, high automation, low system investment, high ash gas ratio, low flow rate, small maintenance workload and low annual
operation cost.
The system includes feeding device, delivery bin pump, pipeline, valve, dust removal device at the top of the warehouse,
gasification device at the bottom of the warehouse, unloading device at the bottom of the warehouse, power source,
program-controlled device, etc.

* Operation stage (working principle and operation stage)
The positive pressure dense phase flow Taihua pneumatic ash handling system is developed by combining the fluidization technology
with the gas-solid two-phase flow technology. The transmitter conveys the materials in the way of fluidization and conveying at
the same time
Stage 1: reliable, high strength dome valve closes the transmitter feed port
Stage two: the conveying air is introduced into the transmitter through the fluidizing disc to make the dry ash charging and
distributing too much
Stage 3: the ash is transported while fluidizing in the form of continuous dense phase
Stage 4: the applied air pressure is maintained until the dry ash enters the ash silo
Stage 5: the air entering the ash silo is discharged from the ash silo through the bag filter
The whole operation process is controlled by automatic PLC or local manual control.

* Performance characteristics
The suitable conveying distance of the positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying technology is 50-1500 meters, in which
the lifting height has reached 75 meters, the conveying capacity of the system can reach 100 t / h, the minimum temperature of
conveying materials is - 20 , and the maximum temperature is 450 .
The system has high ash gas ratio: 30 ~ 60kg (ash) / kg (gas); low flow rate: initial speed 3 ~ 6m / s, final speed 12 ~ 18m / s,
average flow rate 8 ~ 12m / S; low wear: ordinary seamless steel pipe is used as conveying pipe; long service life: up to 20
years.
