Operating principle
The pressure gas by feeding the ejector nozzle to produce high-speed jet and form negative pressure in the feed mixing chamber, so that the crushed raw materials automatically inhaled into the mixing chamberand the jet is injected into the grinding chamber, several nozzles of the periphery of the grinding chamber jet supersonic jet forward to the grinding chamber, so that the particles into the crushing chamber are violent collision and milling then crushed. Coarse particles loop back to the smash indoor to continue crushing, the fine particles in the center of the discharge port discharge, at last gained uniform ultrafine particles.
Performance characteristics
1.It is used in dry supermicro technology, as the high impact velocity, can be up to Mach 2.5 above, under normal circumstances, easy access to the 1-10 micron particles.
2.As the self-classification of grinder inner, coarse particles in the products endless cycle of crushing, which can get uniform particle size distribution of a small range of products.
3.At the crushing process, due to the compressed air expansion, the temperature decreased, it is applied to the crushing of the low melting point, heat-sensitive materials, also play a role in the effect of mixing and dispersion at the crushing process.
4.The device has a short crushing time, simple structure, there is no running of moving parts and easy maintenance, operation, small footprint, low noise and vibration advantages.
5.The high grinding efficiency, continuous grinding, to maintain the crushed products purity.
Scope of application
The machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, traditional Chinese medicine, pesticide, chemical, metallurgy and other industries
of ultra-fine grinding materials, such as carbendazim, methyl tozin, herbicides, silica, pigments, dyes, nimodipine, cortisone and
so on.

Simple Operation Instructions for the Jet Mill
The equipment is started by one button. When manual operation is required, please start or stop the equipment in the following order
Boot Sequence
1. Start induced draft fan;
2. Start the impeller grading motor;
3. Turn on the air compressor and open the air inlet valve when the working pressure reaches 0.8Mpa
4. Start the Screw feeder for feeding the materials to the machine
5. Open the discharge valve (Rotary Valve) [ Before opening, ensure that the following collecting devices have been installed]
Shutdown Sequence
1 Close the Screw feeder 5~15 minutes before shutdown;
2. Turn off the air compressor and close the air inlet valve when the pressure gauge value drops to 0 Mpa
3 Turn off the fan and turn off the grading motor when the air volume of the fan is small;
4 Close the discharge valve (Rotary Valve) and stop unloading
5 After the shutdown, stop and lock the important switch.
Emergency stop
During the operation of the equipment, if emergency stop is required under special circumstances, press the emergency stop button, the button will lock itself, and the equipment will quickly enter the shutdown state. If the device is normal, unlock the button and restart the device when it is standby.
