This machine is mainly used in conical mixer, packaging machine and other equipment. It is applicable to the separation of iron impurities in various powdery materials. It is an ideal equipment to reduce the iron ion content in materials and improve product quality.

Product principle and characteristics

The machine uses rare earth permanent magnetic material as the magnetic source, which has the characteristics of high magnetic strength and permanent magnetic force. The magnetic rod is installed into the casing to facilitate the removal of impurities. The magnetism does not require power supply and saves energy.
When the machine is working, the feed inlet is connected to the outlet of the material storage. The powdered material falls evenly on the stainless steel magnetic rod casing. The powdered material passes through smoothly. The iron impurities are magnetically adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic rod casing. After a period of use, the iron impurities on the surface of the casing are cleaned.
