* Product Overview
Pneumatic pressure feeding tank is the most commonly used and cost-effective positive pressure conveying equipment in pneumatic
conveying system. It is usually used in long distance batch feeding system. It is suitable for high pressure, long distance and
high solid gas ratio. Transportation of various fragile and abrasive and non-abrasive materials. such as quartz sand, plastic
particles, etc. The whole conveying system consists of pressure vessel, electric control system and pipeline.

* Working principle
In the feeding process, the material is added to the sending tank through double butterfly valve or expansion butterfly valve, and
the replaced air is released through the exhaust valve, which makes the feed easier and eliminates the reverse pressure that
hinders the flow of the material. When the tank is filled (90% of the tank volume is shown by the level meter) the feed valve is
closed and sealed at the same time as the exhaust valve, then compressed air is added to the top of the tank through the intake
valve, and the compressed air is mixed with the material. When the pressure in the sending tank drops to 00:00, the pneumatic
supply is closed, and a small amount of remaining gas is discharged from the tank and pipeline.

* Product characteristics
1. High conveying pressure, up to 0.5MPa, realizing long distance (100-300m) powder conveying.
2. Low flow rate, high solid gas ratio and low gas consumption.
3. The material has high adaptability and versatility, and has little impact on the quality of the material in the process,
which can meet the transportation of fragile and strong abrasive materials.
4. One point to multi-point feeding can be realized.
5. High ash air ratio (mixing ratio): the length of ash conveying pipe can reach more than 1:40-50 within 200m, and the air
consumption is only 1 / 3-1 / 2 of that of positive pressure dilute phase system or negative pressure system.
6. Low working pressure (generally 0.1-0.2mpa) and low flow rate: it can effectively reduce the pipeline abrasion and the
compressed air consumption while improving the conveying efficiency.
7. High degree of automation: the system has high degree of automation, microcomputer control, simple operation, dynamic display
of operation status, fault alarm, sensitive response, complete processing functions, remote operation and manual functions,
flexible, convenient and reliable operation and management.
8. Reliable operation of the system: the bin pump is small in size and light in weight, and easy to install and maintain. It can
be directly hung under the dust hopper of the dust remover, and can also be set up with feet.
