Product introduction

It uses the gas pressure lower than kg/cm2 and adopts positive pressure (blowing type) to push or pull materials through the whole conveying line at a higher speed. Therefore, this conveying method is called low pressure high speed system, which has a high gas material ratio.
The medium for dilute phase transmission is generally air or nitrogen. Power is generally provided by Roots blower, and nitrogen generator is used for nitrogen transmission. During the dilute phase transportation of Roots blower, the materials are suspended in the pipeline, and the transportation distance can reach 100 meters. There is an acceleration of about 600 m/min at the beginning of the system, and a high speed of 2000 m/min at the end, so the air flow speed is high. The initial end pressure of the transmission pipeline is generally lower than 0.05Mpa, while the end pressure is basically close to the atmospheric pressure.

Positive pressure dilute phase conveying system: applicable to single point to single point, single point to multi-point conveying.

System characteristics
Because the system is under positive pressure, the sealing requirement is very high. If there is a leak, the dust at the feed end or the whole system will overflow; The system material is of blowing type, so the end material is easy to be discharged from the discharge port, so the end structure is simple; However, the conveying temperature of the system is high, and some special heat sensitive materials must be cooled; As the power source, the pressure of Roots blower cannot reach very high, so the conveying distance and output cannot be taken as large values at the same time.
