Working principle

The working principle is to use the permanent magnet motor to drive the blade to rotate. When the tested material rises to the blade position, the blade rotation is blocked, and the resistance is transmitted

When the blade resistance disappears, the detection device will return to the original state depending on the tension of the spring, and adjust the spring tension according to the specific gravity of different materials
If it is large, adjust the spring tension to strong or strong, otherwise adjust it to weak or weak.

Installation precautions

1. The inlet of the junction box must be downward, and the cable fixing nut must be locked.
2. During power transmission, confirm that the power supply voltage is the same as the voltage marked on the rotary resistance switch.
3. The load of the controlled circuit must match the contact capacity of the rotary resistance switch.
4. The anti rotation switch shall not be installed under the blanking port to reduce material impact on the blade and misoperation; When unavoidable, it can be installed on the blade Install the protective plate.
5. When the shaft length adjustable rotary resistance switch is disassembled and installed on site, the lock nut must be coated with oxygen deficient glue when the wire rope joint is connected with the transmission shaft,Then use a wrench to lock it.
6. There shall be no toxic gas corrosive to aluminum alloy on the installation site.

Torque adjustment 

1. The user can adjust the torque according to the specific gravity of the measured material. When the specific gravity of the tested object is large, the spring torque can be adjusted to the strong or strongest position, and the sensitivity of the switch is poor at this time; When the specific gravity of the measured material is small, the tension spring can be adjusted to weak or weakest, and the switch sensitivity is good at this time.
2. Specific method: open the junction box, take out the end of the torsion spring close to the multi hole, and insert it into the corresponding hole as required (the hole close to the terminal block has the strongest torque).
Note: Do not replace the tension spring at will to avoid misoperation.
