Working principle

The valve plate of the flap valve automatically opens under the effect of material gravity. After the material falls, the counterweight lever system automatically resets the valve plate to prevent the wild wind from blowing in, thus completing the material delivery. There are mainly single door and double door flap valves. Double door flap valves mainly use the opening and closing of upper and lower valves at different times to keep a layer of valve plates in the middle of the equipment closed and isolated, so as to prevent air channeling. In case of positive pressure transmission, the pneumatic double-layer air lock valve can also play the role of balancing and booster valve to help flow, so that the equipment can not only continuously pulse feed, but also have the function of air lock to meet the requirements of pneumatic conveying of powder and particle materials.

The double deck heavy hammer flap valve is mechanically driven, with stable transmission, no impact, no fault, few replacement parts and reliable use. The valve is divided into upper and lower layers. During operation, the upper valve is opened by mechanical transmission, and the upper valve is closed by the counterweight itself. Then the lower valve is opened by mechanical transmission, and the lower valve is closed by the counterweight, thus completing an ash unloading cycle.
