Product Overview

The combined feeding station is a new type of unpacking and unloading equipment developed by our company based on our experience in the traditional powder unpacking and feeding process. Its biggest feature is that it is suitable for unpacking and feeding materials of two sizes: conventional ton bags and conventional 25KG small bags. It can be used for unloading 500-2000 kilograms of ton bags, as well as for unpacking and unloading conventional 10-50 kilograms of particle powder. This equipment is used for the simultaneous unpacking and unloading of dry powder granular materials packaged in large or small bags in fields such as chemical engineering, plastics, rubber, food, medicine, etc.

Workflow

1. The unloading of the ton bag and the unpacking of the small bag are mutually exclusive (interlocking), that is, when unloading the materials inside the ton bag, the valve for feeding the small bag is closed to prevent the materials from splashing out and polluting the environment through the feeding port of the small bag; When feeding small bags, the discharge port of the ton bag is closed. 2. When unloading the ton bag material, use an electric hoist or forklift to lift the ton bag above the equipment, and then slowly move it to the equipment feeding port. Manually place the lower part of the ton bag into the equipment's bag clamping device, open the discharge rope of the ton bag, close the warehouse door, and start discharging; During the feeding process, auxiliary feeding devices such as tapping devices and vibration devices will work to assist in feeding until the feeding is completed; Open the bag clamping device again, remove the empty bag, and the unloading of the ton bag is completed. 3. When feeding small bags, manually move the bags to the equipment feeding port, cut the bags with a knife, and then pour the materials into the equipment; During the pouring process, the dust removal equipment remains in operation to absorb the dust generated during the pouring process; After pouring, remove the waste bag and close the warehouse door. The remaining material will enter the downstream supporting equipment under the action of the auxiliary feeding device, and the feeding is completed.
