Product Description
There are two (or more) glove operation interfaces on the main box, which are distributed at the front (or front and rear sides) of the box, so that the operation box can be operated by one (or several) people at the same time, which improves the use efficiency of the box. In addition, there are observation windows in the front (or front and back) of the box, so that the operator can clearly observe the operation process in the box, making the operation process intuitively displayed in front of the operator. The valves of the transition chamber are equipped with air extraction and inflation nozzles, which can be accessed when air extraction or inflation is required. The main box is also equipped with valves and nozzles, which can be used by users when they need to maintain air pressure balance to deflate or inflate the main box (three-way valves between the glove ports can also be used to deflate if necessary). A fluorescent lamp is installed above the front observation window of the main box. The transition chamber, as the transition space between the main box and the outside of the box, is composed of two sealing doors, two valves and a chamber. The inner and outer doors can effectively isolate the connection between the main box and the outside world, so that things inside and outside the box can enter and exit when the main box is isolated from the atmosphere, thus avoiding the trouble of repeatedly vacuuming and inflating the main box.
Open the packing box, and first check whether the joints on the vacuum glove box are loose during transportation. If it is loose, please tighten the corresponding screws, and then try to vacuum.
1, Evacuate and inflate:
1. This product is divided into two parts: the main box and the transition chamber. The main box can not be vacuumized separately, while the transition chamber can be vacuumized separately.
2. First open the door inside the transition chamber, and then close all glove interface glands, valves and doors outside the transition chamber.
3. Open the three-way valve between the glove ports (counterclockwise rotation), connect the space between the glove interface gland and the glove to the box, so that the inside and outside of the glove (box and interface) can be vacuumized simultaneously during air extraction, and maintain the air pressure balance on both sides.
4. Connect the vacuum pump to a valve in the transition chamber, start the vacuum pump, slowly open the valve, and pump air into the system (if the valve is opened too fast, the gloves may expand).
5. When the pointer of the vacuum gauge drops and stabilizes at - 0.1MPa, the vacuum pumping is completed. At this time, the valve should be closed first and then the vacuum pump.
6. Then fill the box with inert gas through another valve until the air pressure is slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure (the barometer index is 0MPa), so that the pressure inside and outside the box is basically balanced, and the internal pressure is slightly higher than the external pressure, which can ensure that the atmosphere will not penetrate into the box (if you want to make the gas inside the box more pure, you'd better repeat the above air extraction and inflation process several times). Close the three-way valve connecting the glove interface and open the gland on the glove interface to operate.
2, How to put and take out the objects from the main box:
1. How to put objects into the main box: After you have completed the above operation of "vacuumizing and inflating", if you need to put objects into the main box, first close the inner door of the transition chamber, open the outer door of the transition chamber, put objects in, then close the outer door, and use the two valves on the transition chamber to pump and inflate. Make sure that the pressure in the main box and the transition chamber is basically balanced with the atmospheric pressure, then open the inner door and take the objects into the main box.
2. The method to take out the objects in the main box: put the objects into the transition chamber first, and close the door of the transition chamber. If the air pressure in the transition chamber is basically balanced with the atmospheric pressure, open the transition outdoor door to take out the object.
