The materials are activated by vibration, which can effectively eliminate the arching, blocking and sticking of materials, and solve the problem of difficult discharge of the silo. application area The activated hopper (also known as vibrating hopper) is widely used in chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, grain and food processing, feed processing, environmental protection, ceramics and other industries. working principle A hopper for automatic directional feeding by means of a vibrating directional mechanism. Vibrating hopper is often used as the loading and unloading device of machine tools, and is widely used in instruments, electronic components and other industries. The vibrating hopper works stably and is suitable for various small workpieces that have been partially finished. The vibrating hopper has certain universality. When it is used for different workpieces with similar size and weight, only the orientation mechanism needs to be replaced (see the loading and unloading device of the machine tool). The vibrating hopper is composed of a hopper, a directional mechanism, a supporting spring, an electromagnet, a base, etc. Most of the hoppers are disc type (or straight groove type), with spiral inclined chute inside the disc. The orientation mechanism is arranged near the outlet of the chute, and the workpiece moves directionally along the inclined chute when passing through the outlet. The supporting spring is usually 3 or 4 plate springs, which are installed at an inclined angle. As the vibration source, the electromagnet is connected to the AC power supply or the pulsating current through half wave rectification. The armature is installed at the bottom of the hopper, and the air gap can be adjusted. After power on, the electromagnet absorbs and places the armature at a certain frequency, thus driving the hopper to and fro twist and vibrate up and down under the support of the inclined support spring. Some vibrating hoppers do not use electromagnet to excite vibration, but use cam, crank linkage or eccentric block to produce vibration.
