Working principle
1. Driven by compressed air, there are no moving parts in the vacuum pump generated by Youwei multi-stage vacuum generator, no lubricating oil and maintenance are required, and no heat is generated. Or select motor type vacuum pump to generate vacuum.
2. When the bottom discharge valve is closed, vacuum will be generated in the powder bin and material pipe.
3. Under the effect of vacuum, the material is sucked into the powder silo from the suction position through the conveying pipe and the feed inlet.
4. The filter will well prevent the powder and particles from entering the vacuum pump and emitting to the atmosphere, so as to separate the material from the gas.
5. At the same time of material delivery, compressed air is filled into the blowback tank.
6. When the time for absorbing materials reaches the set parameters, the vacuum pump stops operation, the discharge valve is opened (F), the internal and external pressure of the conveying equipment is balanced, the materials are discharged to the discharge position, and the compressed air in the test blowback tank is released to generate pulse airflow and vibration, and the dust and particles adhering to the filter core are automatically cleaned.
7. When the discharge time reaches the set parameters, the discharge valve will be closed, the vacuum pump will work again, and the cycle of repeated actions will be carried out. During the whole conveying process, the material suction and discharge time will be controlled by PLC to achieve intelligent and stable control.
8. Comply with GMP management requirements, 304 or 316L stainless steel, acid resistant, corrosion resistant, polished internal and external mirror surfaces of equipment, Ra ≤ 0.8um, low energy consumption, high efficiency and low noise. Snap on design is convenient for disassembly, cleaning, inspection, cleaning and disinfection. It is controlled by a pure pneumatic actuator. The air supply pressure is 0.4~0.6Mp, and the quality is guaranteed.
