Product Overview

The vacuum feeding machine uses compressed air to generate high vacuum through a vacuum generator to transport materials, without the need for a mechanical vacuum pump. It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, maintenance free, low noise, convenient control, elimination of static electricity, and compliance with GMP requirements. The high vacuum generated by the vacuum generator prevents layering of the transported material and ensures the uniformity of the mixed material composition. It is the preferred equipment for automatic loading of machinery such as tablet presses, capsule filling machines, dry granulation machines, packaging machines, crushers, and vibrating screens.

When compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure to form a vacuum airflow. The material is sucked into the suction nozzle to form a material airflow, which passes through the suction pipe and reaches the material bin of the feeding machine. The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the material is filled into the silo, the controller will automatically cut off the air source, stop the vacuum generator, and at the same time, the silo door will automatically open, causing the material to fall into the equipment's hopper. At the same time, compressed air automatically cleans the filter through a pulse blowback valve. When the time is up or the material level sensor sends a feeding signal, the feeding machine will automatically start.
