The continuous conveying equipment for conveying powder, small granule, small block and other bulk materials can be combined horizontally, obliquely and vertically. In the closed pipeline, the chain piece is used as the driving component to move animal materials along the pipeline. When conveying horizontally, the material particles are pushed by the chain piece in the direction of movement. When the internal friction between the material layers is greater than the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, the material moves forward with the chain piece to form a stable material flow; When conveying vertically, the material particles in the pipe are pushed upward by the chain piece. Because the lower feeding prevents the upper material from sliding, the lateral side pressure is generated, so the internal friction of the material is enhanced. When the internal friction between the materials is greater than the friction between the material and the inner wall of the pipe and the material weight, the material is transported upward along the chain piece, forming a continuous material flow.
Pipe conveyor is also called pipe drag chain conveyor. When working, the chain with disk scraper moves in the closed pipeline, and the scraper pushes the material forward. It is an energy-saving and effective continuous powder particle conveying equipment.

The pipe chain conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment for powdery, small particles, toxic and dust prone materials. It is composed of a closed pipe. At the end of the pipe, there are driving devices and tensioning devices respectively. On the conveying pipe, there are inlet and outlet respectively. The conveying chain, under the traction of the driving device of the transmission mechanism, moves the materials coming in from the feeding port along the inner wall of the conveying pipe to the discharging port for discharge, thus completing the conveying of materials.
