Aperture diaphragm valve
The iris valve is mainly used for unloading bulk material bags. The valve can cut off the material flow by tightening the neck of the material bag. The iris valve performs well in conveying explosive and brittle materials, but it is not suitable for handling high fluidity, abrasive materials and systems that need to be opened and closed frequently.

Aperture control valves, also known as iris valves and manual aperture valves, are specially designed to handle dry solids in large bag unloading stations and other gravity discharges of free flowing materials in dustbins, bulk bags, chutes and hoppers. The iris valve is designed with stainless steel control ring, metal handle, lock catch and stable actuator. Fitted fabric or TPU sleeves provide a dust seal and product barrier to prevent material from leaking into the atmosphere. The iris valve is mainly used to control the opening and closing of the free flowing drying material flow in the strategic blanking system. Iris valve/iris valve can be used in many industries including chemical industry, dairy products, food, mining plastics and medicine. It is mainly used for conveying brittle materials.
