Equipment overview

The unpacking device is hoisted to the frame of the unloader by an electric hoist, and then the unloading port of the ton bag is manually disassembled, the flow valve is opened, and the vibrating and extruding devices are used to make the powdered materials in the ton bag fall into the storage hopper by gravity to complete the unloading. The device can effectively protect the production environment, reduce the working intensity of workers, improve the production efficiency, and solve the problem that large bags are difficult to discharge due to moisture absorption during bag opening. (If there is no discharge opening at the bottom of the ton bag, the cutter device should be added)

1. The unloader has a simple and reasonable structure and is easy to operate. The ton bag unloader uses a flexible booster mechanism. It can help the materials in the ton bag to be discharged quickly from the lifting of the ton bag in place, unpacking and discharging to the continuous pushing of the ton bag by the flexible booster mechanism. It has the characteristics of no material storage and no arching.
2. The bottom flapping device and the middle flapping device can better ensure smooth unloading and prevent material retention. Due to the special design of ton bag unloader and intermediate storage container, the surface is smooth without material storage and arching.
