Overview

The vacuum feeding machine produced by our company is a new product developed on the basis of widely absorbing similar foreign products. Currently, it is a relatively advanced, ideal, and perfect vacuum conveying equipment for powder, granular, and powder particle mixtures in China. The vacuum feeding machine automatically transports various materials to the hoppers of packaging machines, injection molding machines, crushers, and other equipment. It can also directly transport the mixed materials to the mixer (such as V-type mixer, two-dimensional mixer, three-dimensional mixer, etc.), reducing the labor intensity of workers and solving the problem of dust overflow during feeding. It is the preferred equipment for pharmaceutical and food factories to pass GMP certification and promote clean and civilized production. The vacuum feeding machine is composed of a vacuum pump (oil free, water free), stainless steel suction nozzle, delivery hose, PE filter (or 316L stainless steel filter), compressed air backflushing device, pneumatic discharge door device, vacuum hopper and material level automatic control device, etc. The entire system is designed reasonably and manufactured exquisitely. Vacuum feeding machines are divided into two types: clearance discharge and continuous discharge. Clearance discharge is beneficial for reducing equipment investment costs and facilitating material level control. In most cases, we recommend users to use clearance discharge. Continuous discharge is generally used for vacuum conveying of materials over long distances and in high yields.
