Simple positive pressure pneumatic conveying

It uses the gas pressure lower than kg / cm2 and adopts positive pressure (blowing type) to push or pull materials through the whole
conveying line at a higher speed. Therefore, the conveying mode is called low pressure and high speed system, which has a high gas
material ratio.
Generally, air or nitrogen is used as the medium for dilute phase transportation, and roots blower is used for power supply, and
nitrogen generator is used for nitrogen transportation. During the dilute phase transportation of Roots blower, the material is
suspended in the pipeline, and the conveying distance can reach 100m. There is an acceleration of 600m / min at the beginning of
the system and 2000m / min at the end of the system, so the air flow speed is relatively high. The pressure at the beginning of
the pipeline is generally lower than 0.05Mpa, while that at the end is close to atmospheric pressure.
Positive pressure dilute phase conveying system: suitable for single point to single point and single point to multi-point
transportation.
System features: because the system is under positive pressure, the sealing requirements are very high. If there is a leak, the
dust will overflow at the feeding end or the whole system; the system material is blow type, so the end material is easy to be
discharged from the discharge port, so the end structure is simple; however, the conveying temperature of the system is high, and
some special heat sensitive materials must be cooled; roots As a power source, the pressure of fan can not reach very high, so the
conveying distance and output can not be taken at the same time.
Advantages: the features of positive pressure conveying are simple installation and operation, less system maintenance, small
