Product Overview Dust free feeding station (also known as bag dumping station, dumping station, and manual unpacking machine) is a device used for manually dumping conventional 10-50 kg small bag powder or granular materials into downstream hoppers. It is widely used in the plastic, chemical, food industries, as well as various additive, lime powder, PVC and other powder feeding operations. This equipment adopts a new type of dust collection device and is equipped with a vibrator to assist in unloading, ensuring that the entire feeding process is dust-free, smooth, and does not waste materials. It is currently an ideal manual unpacking and feeding equipment in China. Workflow The operator places the material bag on the bracket and pushes it into the grid. Next, the operator makes a vertical opening in the material bag and dumps the shaking material bag to empty it. The material falls into the hopper by gravity and can be connected to the conveying unit equipment through the bottom conveying pipeline, effectively outputting the material to the designated position. The built-in induced draft dust collection filter can collect the dust produced during the bag emptying process. The filter is cleaned by reverse compressed air injection, and the cleared dust falls back into the hopper, achieving continuous and uninterrupted feeding. It uses steps such as manual bag removal and automatic dumping to make the material fall into the storage hopper by gravity to complete the bag removal and unloading work. The equipment is equipped with a filter cleaning device and exhaust fan inside, which is used to filter out the dust generated during the dumping process and discharge the clean exhaust gas into the atmosphere, enabling manual work to be easily carried out in a clean environment.
