Product Description

Operational principle A hopper that uses a vibrating directional mechanism to automatically directional feed. Vibration hopper is commonly used in the loading and unloading device of machine tools, and is widely used in industries such as instruments and electronic components. The vibrating hopper works relatively smoothly and is suitable for various small workpieces that have already been partially precision processed. The vibrating hopper has a certain universality, and when used for different workpieces of similar size and weight, only the directional mechanism needs to be replaced (see the loading and unloading device of the machine tool). The vibrating hopper is composed of a hopper, a directional mechanism, a supporting spring, an electromagnet, and a base. Most hoppers are disc type (also known as straight groove type), with spiral upward inclined grooves on the inner side of the disc. The directional mechanism is set near the outlet of the material groove, and the workpiece moves in a directional direction along the inclined material groove when passing through the outlet. Support springs are usually 3 or 4 plate springs, installed at an angle. Electromagnets are used as vibration sources, connected to AC power sources or subjected to pulsating currents of half wave rectification. The armature is installed at the bottom of the hopper, and the air gap can be adjusted. After being powered on, the electromagnet absorbs and releases the armature at a certain frequency, which drives the hopper to rotate and vibrate back and forth under the support of a tilted support spring. Some vibrating hoppers do not use electromagnets to excite, but instead use mechanisms such as cams, crank linkage mechanisms, or eccentric blocks to generate vibration.
