The large-scale automatic unpacking machine, also known as the layer by layer automatic unpacking machine, is suitable for the unpacking and unloading of various bagged materials (powder and granular materials). Compared with manual unpacking and feeding, it has the advantages of reducing labor force, improving efficiency, eliminating dust pollution, safety and convenience. The materials of the whole pallet enter the unloading platform, and the unloading mechanism grabs the whole layer of bags layer by layer, and then moves to the unloading area. In the process of moving, the packaging bag of the materials is cut through a row of knife groups, and the materials fall into the storage bucket, and the woven silk produced in the process of cutting the bag is screened through the filter box.
